Trump hails Putin as "fierce" and "smart" and praises Xi Jinping for ruling China "iron fist"

 

During a rally Saturday in Wilkes-Barr, Pennsylvania, former President Donald Trump praised both Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to a video.
