The Russian Ministry of Defence reported that many Ukrainian intelligence personnel had previously been convicted of theft, burglary, illegal arms and drug trafficking, apartment thefts, serious bodily harm and rape.
Russian National Defence Chief Mikhail Mizintsev told a news briefing on Friday
"According to the available reliable information, many of the staff of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine are addicted to drugs and have a" rich "criminal past: convictions for theft, burglary, illegal arms and drug trafficking, theft of apartments, serious bodily harm and rape."
"As such, notorious criminals have legally hid under the" roof "of the Ukrainian armed forces," Mizintsev said, explaining that this confirms that inhumane provocations, including those that led to civilian deaths, are planned and implemented by individuals with experience in banditry.
Mezintsev continued :
- "At the same time, mockery and mockery of his people by the Kiev regime have been established and a sufficient evidence base has been formed.
- These crimes are being investigated in detail and the perpetrators will inevitably bear fair and due punishment for their atrocities. "
- Earlier, the hackers group RaHDit ("evil Russian pirates") published data on the staff of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Military Administration
- as well as persons associated with it. The published data contain, among other things, the criminal characteristics of the officers.
