Putin announces partial mobilization of reserve forces and those with combat experience
President Vladimir Putin today confirmed his support for the accession to Russia of the republics of Donetsk and Lugansk and the provinces of Kherson and Zaparugeh, and announced the partial mobilization of reserve forces.
Speaking this morning to the Russian people, Putin said :
Putin: The regime in Kyiv made "rosophobia" (Russian-phobia) his main weapon, and made the Ukrainian people fodder for the cannon.
- Putin: The regime in Kiev started this war, and it started in 2014
- Putin: Regime in Kiev lifts arms against unarmed citizens
- Putin: The regime in Kiev committed genocide
- and practised terrorism and siege towards those who rejected the coup d 'état in 2014
- Putin: Gradually liberate Ukraine's territory step by step
Putin supports Donestk and Lugansk's popular republics and the Kherson and Zaparugui provinces seeking to join Russia.
Putin: It is no longer just to hear Western officials disparaging about Ukraine's supply of long-range offensive weapons, but Ukraine's forces have already begun bombing our city border terrorist in Crimea, Belgorod and Kursk.
Putin announces partial mobilization of reserve forces and those with combat experience
- Putin: Mobilization activities will begin from today, September 21, 2022
- Putin: Everyone will undergo tests and training based on experience gained during the special military operation
- Putin: In his policies against our country, the West has exceeded all possible limits
- Putin: We always listen from the West to threats directed at our country and our people
Putin: Brussels and Washington directly urge regime in Kiev to transfer military operations to our territory
Putin: It is no longer a secret to talk about the total destruction of Russia on the battlefield using all possible means, with the consequent repercussions of its political, economic and cultural sovereignty, all forms of sovereignty and the complete plundering of our country
Putin: West used nuclear blackmail
Putin on nuclear blackmail : The talk is not about the West's support for Ukraine in bombing the nuclear power plant in Zaporoje, which threatens a nuclear disaster, but about some statements from high-ranking officials in some NATO countries about the possibility and acceptance of the use of weapons of mass destruction against Russia
Putin on nuclear blackmail
For those who make such statements, I would like to remind them that our country also possesses weapons of mass destruction and in some parts is more sophisticated than its NATO counterparts.
Putin :
- In the face of any threats
- Our territorial integrity or sovereignty
- We're able to use these weapons and that's not deception.

Preliminary results of the withdrawal of Russian troops from the Kharkov region
It is undeniable that the "repositioning of Russian forces" in the Kharkov region, in the words of the Russian Ministry of Defence, was a very unpleasant surprise to Russian society.
However, the significance of this event should not be overstated. It is neither control nor loss of these territories that determines the outcome of the war.
Last spring :
when Russian troops were withdrawn from the Kiev region and other areas west of Kharkov, the Russian army could stop anywhere, including leaving the Kharkov region.
- It was then necessary to provide a buffer zone to ensure the security of the republics of Donetsk and Lugansk
- That was a political priority, and that requirement needed to be met.
- But the exact location of the front line's passage, whether 50 kilometres closer or further, is not very important.
Under this model, control of the Kharkov area is of little interest at this stage.
- However, there are undeniable negative repercussions, following the withdrawal of Russian troops
- Ukrainian forces began clearing the local population
- Anyone seen as sympathetic to Russia or cooperating with Russian forces was killed or arrested.
- Not everyone who wished to leave for Russia could do so.
The vote to join Russia has also been postponed at the very least.
I may be wrong, but Putin's goal :
if I properly understand his strategy, is first and foremost to take economic measures to force the West to recognize Russia's and Ukraine's interests to surrender.
That is, confrontation is supposed to be long and slow, or to stop altogether or on the contrary, while economic measures play a key role.
The military operation could also be divided into phases, and it was not very important for Russia to extend its control over that small or other region of Ukraine.
It should be noted here :
The success of Ukrainian forces would not have been possible without the massive supply of Western weapons, the training of Ukrainian forces by Western States, the provision of intelligence and the direct command of Ukrainian forces by the United States of America and the West.
At the same time, there is an escalation in the other direction
Ukraine through constant artillery bombardment has destroyed the infrastructure of the nuclear power plant in Zaporoje, prompting the closure of all reactors and lack of electricity in Inirgudar.
In response :
- Russian troops bombed, last Sunday evening, September 11
- Four power plants in Ukraine
- This plunged half the country into darkness.
In Russian society
Demands are made to strike Ukraine's infrastructure.
However, these attacks on the four power plants are likely merely a warning to Ukraine against the continued bombing of the Zaporoji nuclear power plant, the Donbass power plants, and Ukrainian attacks on electricity systems in Russia's border areas.
