"Great day." Donald Trump celebrates
a "complete victory." How and why?
US President Donald Trump posted a tweet on Truth Social on Thursday, detailing a complete victory after a $465 million fine in a civil fraud case was overturned.
Trump said:
"A complete victory in the case of the fake New York State Attorney General, Letitia James!.. I deeply respect the fact that the court had the courage to reject this illegal and disgraceful decision that harmed businesses throughout New York State.

"Others were afraid to do business there
he added. The amount
including interest and fines, amounted to more than $550 million.
It was a fierce political campaign from a commercial standpoint
the likes of which no one had ever seen before.. This was an election interference case by the city and state in an attempt to illegally show that I did wrong things, when in reality everything I did was absolutely right, even perfect.
The US President continued
saying:
- "Every dollar was rejected, even the penalties imposed on us by the corrupt judge
- one of the most abolished judges in history, Arthur Engoron..
- I was not given a jury and during the course of
the long trial
- this cunning politician did not issue a single verdict in my favor
- but worse than him, if possible, was Letitia James, the corrupt
- and incompetent prosecutor who brought this case just to hurt me politically..
She's crazy!..
- They made me pay bail for an exorbitant amount, something that
- had never happened before, and which cost me millions of dollars a month.
- It should never have been allowed to happen, and everyone knew it!
Most importantly, the vote was 5 to 0."
Trump said in his blog post:
"I feel very honored by Judge David Friedman's wise and great words
which everyone should read..
I would also like to thank the court for its courage in making this decision, which already stands as one of the worst business persecutions in our country's history.
Unfortunately
there are other cases against me that are no less shameful, including cases presided over by corrupt judges like Juan Merchan, whose daughter earned millions of dollars in fees from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris
while her father
- shockingly, refused to step down from a corrupt and brutal trial
- which is also on appeal A trial in which every New York legal expert said
- "There was no case!" Even the editorial boards said, "Don't do this!"
Judge Merchan issued an unprecedented
gag order and prevented me from speaking about him or his daughter
or the appellate judges' opinion that he should not take on the case
but he did it anyway.
- Several lawyers said he and his daughter
- created the biggest conflict of interest
- they had ever seen in their lives.

the other remaining case, whose wife, family and friends attended his trials, is no less vile and rude than anyone I have ever met..
That case should not have been filed and is also under appeal.
He should have been reprimanded for the abuse
and everything that could be thrown at a corrupt judge.
He loved propaganda
and wouldn't let us present the compelling evidence we wanted to present.
This Clinton-appointed judge should not be allowed to get away with this hoax.
The US President noted that all of
these trials were political in an attempt to destroy his viability as a presidential candidate before, during and after the elections, and were strongly coordinated with the Biden-Harris campaign.
He stated that
it would go down in history as one of the most corrupt cases ever.
He explained that these two cases are more ridiculous than the corrupt case of Letitia James, and this will be discovered in the very near future.
He explained that all these judges should be ashamed of themselves for allowing it to happen, stating that they are political deceivers who did everything in their power to harm me as a candidate.
He pointed out that this attack was at the behest of the Biden-Harris
administration against their political opponent.
The US President
stressed that it is a great honor to stand up to him, succeed, and even become President of the United States despite the terrible things that happened.
Trump concluded
his post by thanking his son Eric and all the people in the Trump Organization, who fought hard for justice and whose legal team refused to give up in the face of great difficulties, adding: "This is a great day for New York City and its state!".
